Private and Secure by Default
Learn about how Hyperia secures your meeting and conversational data.
Data Security
Encryption
Hyperia encrypts all customer information both in-transit and at-rest, leveraging 256-bit AES encryption for data in storage and TLS v1.2 and v1.3 security for data in-transit.
Role-Based Security
Hyperia employs role-based security in our customer-facing SaaS platform, ensuring our customers retain the flexibility to manage users and access provisions in a manner aligned with organizational best practices.
Logging and Auditing
Hyperia leverages remote logging and auditing infrastructure to monitor all activity within our secure VPC environment. We employ a variety of signature and anomaly-based mechanisms for providing alarm capability and access control monitoring.
Infrastructure
Virtual Private Cloud
Hyperia infrastructure is located within an isolated VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) employing firewall, network and host intrusion detection and audit trail logging, and multi-factor authentication. We leverage container-based isolation of all infrastructure services and update our systems and security policies regularly.
Cloud Infrastructure
Hyperia hosts customer data and processing pipelines on Amazon Web Services data centers located within the United States. Our infrastructure provider offers compliance with numerous security standards including SOC 2, SOC 3, PCI-DSS certification, and ISO 27001.
